JOY FITZGERALD currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer of UnitedHealth Group. She is a global business executive and respected thought leader. Joy is one of the nation’s most respected voices on diversity as a business strategy. Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Joy served as the Vice President Human Resources and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer of Eli Lilly and Company.
